How can I have access to the variables of a script in the StreamingsAssets folder ?

How can I have access to the variables of a script in the StreamingsAssets folder ? I would like to make a translation system where every viewer could participate by writing their own translation, but I couldn't have access to the variables of the script. Can someone help me please ?
