Make This Site a Community Again!
This site was not just a q/a place to answer noobish questions or debate on professional ones for me, i was enjoying myself helping people before new theme. But this new theme, it just destroyed the feeling of "community" in this site.
I would suggest somehow restoring the community feeling.
Best regards.
The real trouble is, since Unity made Android/iOS 'Free' two years ago there was a total flood of hobbyists and indies (I was one of them!). This resulting in UA beco$$anonymous$$g swamped with noobish questions (as you put it) and eventually the veterans and gurus got a bit bored/bogged down/chased away.
Now all the high level stuff tends to be around the internet so the real task is to find a way to get all these people back on UA.
I have to disagree with you. The very fact that you posted this question shows that community still exists here ;) Have a +1 for caring. Good on you.
Who ever made the changes to the website, you done F'ed it up! Now it takes me a couple of a $$anonymous$$utes to find the users or home page sigh
That's not super constructive, but I'll take your feedback.

If you can give some feedback on specific things that changed for the worse and make suggestions on what we can do to restore the community feeling, I'd be happy to look into how we can improve things.

You may be looking for the new HelpRoom area. In theory, all of the chatty, "Looking for Suggestions on", "My doctor told me not to read manuals" ... Qs will be there. The old rules about what belongs in UA don't apply there (in fact, it was created as a place for Qs that would otherwise be deleted/rejected.)
It's still rough. There's no easy way to send something from the Mod Q into the Help room. Moving a published Q from main UA to there is also a pain. I don't think most moderators even bother. So "I need help" Qs are now spread over main UA and the HelpRoom.
