The Base Map Distance of a terrain (found in the terrain's settings) will control how detailed the terrain texture is over distances. It does have a limit, however. If you want objects such as trees and detail objects to be shown at distance as well, then you will need to increase the Detail Distance in the terrain settings.
The most common solution to allow large terrain distances to be shown is to use fog to hide the detail over distances. You can change the fog settings via the Render Settings menu item.
Thanks, but I thought it otherwise. I want that enviroment near player will be nice and in the far you should see mountains, towers, castles and others but with blurry effect. like on this screen: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_-LixlOVad3c/SXXZqovTvqI/AAAAAAAAA5g/0dodTI1nwF$$anonymous$$/s400/gothic+3+green+valley.jpg
