iOS Vs New Memory Profiler
I was hoping that the new memory profiler would shed more light on what I see with our application on iOS but sadly it's not really the case.
When running a single scene of the game, the Unity profiler shows a reserved total of 94mb.
Checking the Xcode instrument Activity Manager, there is a total of 145mb.
Where on earth is a whopping 50mb going ?
Did you use the new detailed memory profiler and hit the take a sample button?
The problem with the Xcode stuff is one instrument shows memory total including things that haven't yet been released, but could be in a low memory condition and the other doesn't include things like textures :S
