Grabbing a handle in VR and rotating it like a crank?
Hi,
I am currently trying different things in VR and right now I am trying to rotate a crank. First I tried a seemingly straight forward approach by putting a collider on the handle, adding the interactable and throwable script included in SteamVR and added all Rigidbody constraints bar the rotation axis I need. Touching the handle then resulted in rotation around the correct axis but for some reason it rotated around the collider and not the pivot at the connecting part at the bottom of my model. Also when actually grabbing the handle I can easily move it through space with no rotation at all since the Rigidbody constraints only regard physics and not player input...
I don't really have another approach at hand and any help would be much appreciated.
