Push notification in apple

I want some help in push notification service implementation. Basically I have uploaded 5 applications over apple store with push notification service implemented.

After sometime 3 of them certificates from Apple Developer Account is removed by me as I am removing distribution and development certificates of application.

Now same 3 applications push notification services are not working after they are published into market.

1. Is it any relation with push notification certificate exist in Apple Developer Account to actual market published application?

2. What if I need to do if I need to start again push notification services for launched game again?

Please give me suggestion about what is actually happen in push notification service.
