in app purchase button doesn't give any response when it's offline

i tried to test my in app purchase when it's offline to see how it will response after i closed the wifi it responsed normally and told me there is no internet connection but after i kept wifi closed and made a restart to my device and relaunched the game the in app purchase button didn't give any response when it's offline after restaring how this problem can be solved i want the button to respond i am using unity 5.5
