IOS and Android WebGL

Hopefully you smart minds can help me. An IT savvy friend helped me create this virtual tour: https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/3dvirtualtours/murdofrazerpitchnputt/2017-05-16-Build/index.html

I'm in the process of optimizing it for touch screen, and desktop viewing. I notice that WebGL isn't currently supported on mobile devices. It'll display and even allow for interaction on Android, but IOS devices such as my iPad Air 2 won't even let the project load.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to optimize this so that it displays and is compatible on phones and tablets just as well as it does from a desktop computer/laptop? Maybe WebGL isn't the way to go, anything else I could do? What about suggestions on how to make it load faster? Currently everything is loaded up front which obviously isn't ideal for the initial load, but it allows for a smooth experience once loaded. Is there a good middle-ground?
