VR Splash Screen is not head tracked (unity plus 5.3.6f1)

We recently purchased Unity Plus, however it seems like the custom splash screen is a lot different from the unity splash screen we saw before. Viewing on the Gear VR, the image is seem small, and the head tracking is really bad, it's freezed for 99% of the time and then just moves a little at the end. Will this be fixed?

For now, it feels unusable so we'll just go for black instead.
