Can i anyone tell me why everytime i ask question there is no one answer?
Is there anything i ask it wrong? or something like i don't obey the rules?
You're not alone. I get the same feeling as well. I believe it's because way more questions are asked than 'experienced users' can answer.
I checked your questions and i can suggest you to check your spellings, ask your question directly & briefly, provide as much information as you could (screenshots, scripts etc.). And before anything else, search for your issues here, on forums & documentations.
Because there is more than one way to skin a cat..
