No environmental light in certain part of Scene

Hey Guys! Is there a way, that the environmental light that comes from the skybox only affects a certain part of the scene?

i have a room where i need environmental light and in the second one i need complete darkness, which is only possible by turning off the environmental light>Intensity Multiplier to 0.
