Objects Randomly Disconnecting from Prefab
No idea what's happening, but for some reason every half hour or so some of the objects in my scene that are affiliated with a prefab are just being disconnected from that said prefab. Most of my objects are sorted under empty GameObjects for organization, and when this happens, all of the objects under the empty one are disconnected from their prefabs, even if they aren't connected to the same prefab.
I can fix this easily, but it's tedious (450+ objects tedious), so I really want to get to the bottom of this. Anyone know the issue? The only thing that I think may be causing this is the fact that I reload the scene many times during runtime. I also destroy a lot of objects during runtime, but objects that are not being destroyed also are affected by this, so it can't be that.
(Also, fixing the issue doesn't prevent it from occurring shortly afterwards)
