How to make Virtual Reality Games For pc using unity

I have developed a game for pc and now i want to convert into Virtual Reality i dont know how do that can anyone help me with that. i tried google cardbord tutorial on youtube but it was old version of cardbord now thy r giving Google VR sdk for unity and i dont know how use it plz help me with that
