Unity can't download file from ftp server through the path contains Chinese.

Unity can't download file from ftp server through the path contains Chinese. I want to download file from FTP Server,but the file's path contains Chinese,so it occured error that all the downloaded files are 0 Bytes. but i try the same code on Winform Platform is successed.
