Hi there, i have made several games in the past and before you say "an mmo is out of scope" bare in mind im not aiming for a full blown mmo just the concepts to put forth to a business.
Things that i need more information about:
Custom landscaping like WOW (terrain) how do i go about texturing a huge landscape do i seperate the mesh into individual pieces or do i make a mega texture?
Where can i find information about LOD for Environment assets?
Why has unity not updated its particle system to be more custom like unreals?
Using blender to import directly, is better than maya?
In terms of shaders, do i want to be using the defaults to build a new one for myself?
