Collaborating with different licenses

Hello,

I work overtime with two other people. We are all working on a project to some degree and of course we have different unity accounts. Personally, I would love to change the license to Plus or Pro and support the development of Unity's great tools, but I can not request it from my partners. My question is: can we work on the same project and use the Unity Services within it while our licenses are different? Or I will break my license by indirectly sharing tools that they should not have. Will the project have access to the plus / pro options within Unity Services or will be downgraded to the lowest license?
