Why is my if statment not working with activeInHierarchy == true
What I am trying to do is every time I enter a trigger the destructible will collapse, that isn't the problem, that works. My problem is that every time the fragments are enabled I want to add one to a variable that is shown in text (this will act like a score).
Here are screenshots of what I have written. if you know what is going wrong please help.
I do not understand why this does not work. I have placed the trigger script on an empty so it is not effected by the enable and disable of objects.
