GUIText - how to set letter spacing?
I cannot find where can I set letter spacing property for GUIText. All the TTF fonts looks something like this on screenshot. How can I set letter spacing for GUIText?

As far as i know you can't change these values on TTF fonts, so the easiest way is to pick another font or edit the one you have using fontforge app

I only used it with UI.Text components, where you just have to add the component where your Text is. The author listed some drawbacks but it is not so hard to find workarounds.
