Blur problems

Hello! Faced an unsolvable problem for me. When approaching an object (even a terrain), this object is not clearly visible, it is blurred. All the surrounding objects look normal if you do not approach them. Around me is a small "circle" in which everything is blurred. I copied a player from the Standard Scenes, nothing else changed.
