get list of consumable

Hi as I understood , there isn't anyway to get a list of consumable items from google nor apple stores ,

so if anything went wrong while processing the purchase request , like the purchase done on the store but for some reason , the game crashed and didn't get the confirmation back (ProcessPurchase()) or crashed in it .

the only way to give the player his purchase back is manually throw contacting the support and providing bill from the store

I'm I right ?
