In general all the 2020.X versions are pretty 'not good' to say the least..
And the fact that there's not much hype towards Unity 2021 says a lot..
Try downgrading the version.. I found 2020.1.16f1 to be the best of the 2020.X versions. Sometimes that's all you can do.
At worst case scenario, downgrade to some2019.X version. Those versions of Unity were the best to my opinion.
