Particle System not tilting with parent object, it's still straight.
I made a particle Ring system using Horizontal Billboard. When the parent object is tilted then the Particle also needs to be tilted. In the child Ellipsoid Particle Emitter I can change the angle from world to local. And it works great, tilts along with the parent, but I cannot set a mesh ring to it. So I decided to use child "Particle System" I clicked on use Local world, added a ring mesh for the particle and its not working, the Particle is still straight. I clicked on everything there is inside to see how I can set the Particles System to Local view and not world.
I use a planet like neptune, which has a 30 degree axis tilt, and the same goes with the rings, the mesh is already at tilted and the particles using this mesh are tilted, but they are still straight horizontal hanging out of the mesh, instead of being 30 degrees tilted, using the Ellipsoid Particle Emitter the particles are titled.
Can you help me with showing if its possible at all, using the Particle System to tilt the particles like in the Ellipsoid Particle Emitter. Or if its possible to set a mesh for the Ellipsoid Particle Emitter like in the Particle System so I can use a ring.
