how to genrate matching numbers on ui buttons in an 4*4 matrix ???

I have create an matching number game having 3 levels. 1.First level will have 2*2 matrix having 4 boxes and two pair of matching numbers and user have to click the matching numbers within 5sec.Main problem is how to create the random matching set of numbers??
