Question by spicermicer · Jul 20, 2015 at 12:41 AM · errorerror messagenot workingblackscreen

Not booting past the project selection screen

So, I was working on a project and then my screen went black and it didn't turn back on. I had to turn off my computer and reboot it to get my screen back. But now when ever I load unity. I get the screen to pick the project, but no matter what project I pick the window never loads and the only way I can retry is by closing the service in task manager.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling unity and no luck.

I looked in the log and found this:

 <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
 <html><head>
 <title>404 Not Found</title>
 </head><body>
 <h1>Not Found</h1>
 <p>The requested URL /5.1/ivy.xml was not found on this server.</p>
 <hr>
 <address>Apache/2 Server at cdn2.unity3d.com Port 80</address>
 </body></html>

Any suggestions?

Edit*

Forgot to say, I am running Windows 8.1, 8GB RAM, GTX960, 128GB SSD, 2TB HDD Just in case you need to know any of that
