Share score on facebook *Without facebook SDK* (ANDROID)

I have a share button after player has finished the game. I wan`t to share the score on facebook with a link to the play store app. I have thought of something like this: I have scored XX on ! (with a picture of the app and a link to the app). IMPORTANT: i try to avoid using Facebook sdk. can someone please help me with that? Is that even possible doing that without the fb sdk? Thanks!
