installing other versions of unity

instead of downloading the newest unity, i tried downloading the older unity versions like 4 and 3. whenever i try to install it, it goes great until a certain point where it just stops. i had unity 5 but i deleted it from my computer. on both versions, it stops after saying the line...(you can see it in the attachment)
