Web Browser INSIDE GearVR

I'm looking to build a replacement for the stock internet browser available from Samsung in the GearVR as it's lacking far too many options for me to be even remotely useable.

Does anyone have any useful links or tutorials on where to get started? I want to display a chrome instance inside VR on a big screen(like the Samsung VR Internet Browser does) and I can't even find any info about rendering a site inside Android Unity games.
