tips for making quiz game

Hi everyone,my name is rico,i'm newbie here and making game,so i have a project to make a quiz game,my first though is to make one level with one scene,so i know there is simple way to make a quiz game rather than make one level with one scene,so i really need a help here,and i'm prefer c# code than js,thanks >< P.S:sorry for my bad english
