how to make a quiz question appear in a unity 3d game?

Hi,

i am working on a project and i would like to learn how i could make a quiz question appear in a specific area of a scene. Actually, i want for each scene to appear 3 different questions. My player must answer right to all of them in order to change scene. Anyone any ideas?
