Android C# touch buttons to change state
Thank you for taking the time to read this and help me, I am new to C# and unity.
I have gone through tutorials and I have a basic stucture for my text based game but I want to turn my windows Key inputs in to buttons so it can be published and used on android devices.
the code I currently have is seen below.
void state_sheets_1() {
text.text = "What are you doing just standing there holding a mirror? Hurry up " +
"and get out of this cell! \n\n" +
"Press R to Return to roaming your cell" ;
if (Input.GetKeyDown(KeyCode.R)) {myState = States.cell_mirror;}
So please could you help me in a simple template where I can create a 1,2 and 3 or A B and C touch button so I can change my state for my text based game instead of having "KeyCode.R" ect.
Thank you
Sorry for the basic and noob question.
Kind Regards,
