Unity ScrollView Doesn't Scroll When Tested in iOS/ iPhone

Hi y'all. I have a scrollview in my app that scrolls fine when I tested in Unity, but not when I run & build it in my iPhone? It used to work in an older build but in the new one. I assume there is nothing wrong with my code because it works in Unity, but can't find the problem.. help me please..
