Help with "Messy" Pixel-Style graphics (5.5.0f3)

I have recently encountered a problem where my pixel-art became all weird and messy in some parts:

this is actually something I can live with by the moment, the real problem is that this glitch affects the alpha channel of the image so I now have a glitchy white outline all over my graphics
.
I know this is a very common problem and if I google it I should be able to easily find a solution, the problem is that I don´t know how this problem is called and I'm still not very good with English so I have no clue on how to google this problem (I tried "corrupted graphics", "png archive glitch", "Non pixel perfect graphics" and so on...)

Found this thread when searching for this problem myself! If you havn't found a solution yet I hope this helps!
Set the compression quality in the bottom of the Inspector window of the Import Settings to "high" or "none" and it should solve the problem.´
