X360 Controller detection gives uneven quadrants
So I've made a Dial selector (similar to GTA 5's weapon select menu) and im having trouble with the axis detection. the image below demonstrates how the thumbstick is detecting axes.
Funny thing is that the quadrant detection is perfect with a chinese knock off x360 controller, but with a genuine microsoft one, no cigar.
I'm at a loss here and need to get this fixed for my uni assessment tomorrow. Had a lot of people complain about it in my games last internal playtest so not fixing it really isnt much of an option. Any ideas are appreciated, I'm all out.
