Mobile device change input field (comma/point)

Hello,

ive a question about the mobile device numpad input field. Is it basically possible to change the input of point and comma, depending on the localization?

For excample in germany youre using comma for decimal number seperation, in us youre using a point.

Currently on my device there is always a point for seperation. Would it be possible to customize this?
