Sudden FPS Drop while explosion effect

For some reason everytime an explosion happens my Unity Engine starts to lag but only my Unity Engine and nothing else . GPU usage is at 5 percent. Worst of all nothing actually happens Like I can still watch youtube videos with no problem

I get over 300 fps while playing cs go at highest settings so there's no problem with GPU or cpu
