in a custom word list only first word is tracked using text recognition in vuforia

I have a custom set of words that need to be tracked. I have added text recognition prefab as a child of AR camera and word prefab as a child of text recognition. For every custom word in the list I have created a word prefab, which is a child of the text recognition prefab. Now the issue is that only the first word is tracked. The other words from the list are not tracked. Can anyone please tell me what is the issue here? Have spent a lot of time but could not find an answer.
