Is it possible to make 2D Sprites in Unity or is Blender more suitable for this? I am going to make sprites like this Image.
,
i’d recomend adobe illustrator for that.. it’s gorgeous for that purpouse!
Yeah, Unity mainly just uses and manages the sprites/textures and such you put in. Blender is more of a 3D modeling software unless I'm mistaken. dan_wipf is right, Illustrator would be a good program for that, especially for vector art if you want that (that means it can be scaled without losing quality or whatever). Photoshop is also a good one. Adobe stuff in general hah.
Is there any free apps I can use? I think you can use Blender for 2D too, but I would like one that is more suitable for vector art like you said.

Good day.
By default, Unity does not ahve a sprite editor. But you have different Sprite Editors in Assets store, some of them for free, like thisone :
https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/sprite-management/basic-sprite-editor-79433
But as I said, by default, you will need an external program like Bender, or Photoshop, etc...
Bye!
Is there any good turorials that suit my question ou know about?
PS: The Sprite Editor asset is not free and I can’t find any free ones either.

for free alternative to Adobe Illustrator(if you're professional, think about getting a copy! it's maybe the best tool IMO), here are two apps you could consider for Vector Art.
Gimp could be an Option.. but I don't like it really.(Really bad performance)
this game i made all by adobe illustrator & Unity:
