UI GameObjects showing in scene view but not game view?
Using Unity 5.6.1f1 Overall I was just editing my game, then added a new scene to create an upgrade screen, which I am not sure was the smartest Idea? If anyone has any suggestions they would be much appreciated, I was debating whether to animate the upgrade screen in, or just have another scene entirely. Either way the main problem exists in the idea that I started adding UI components to this new scene, the background picture showed up, then I went to add a panel and text component into a canvas and it stopped rendering in the game tab, but still renders in scene. Not sure what is happening. From the other searches I have done on the internet I have checked that all layers are visible in the layers drop down in the top right. The camera culling mask is set to everything, all the z coordinates on the ui objects are set to 0, the camera layer is set to default, and I tried to set the canvas render mode from screen overlay to screen space-camera and then set the main camera in there, this didn't fix anything. I was left to post my own question and before I submitted a bug report that probably wouldn't be useful as I don't know where the problem originated, I wanted to get some experienced help, as I am new to unity development. As frustrated as I already am with all of the problems I have encountered in my learning curve as of yet, I would appreciate any help. Below should be screenshots of my GameObjects as well.
