Lights Stopped Working, No Lights Work, New Lights Won't work Either.

Using the latest Unity to date. I was modifying some walls when all of a sudden I lost all Lightening. I have quite a few lights. I turned them on Baked them and turned them off had no issues since.

Now that I modified the map, I've lost lighting since my last bake, I figured I'd just have to rebake them. However, when I went to turn on the lights from the Hierarchy nothing lit up! Tried adding a new light, nothing! I don't know whats gone wrong. Restarted Unity same results.

Right now I'm rebaking to see if that helps solve anything even though I see no lights on I'm assuming its just going to bake darkness.
