Painting grass with detail mesh and grass texture?
I am making a scene in which I would like to use a mixture of grass via the terrain "grass texture" option as well as grass meshes in the "detail mesh" option. However, when I add a grass texture, my previous detail meshes either disappear from my scene, or significantly change the appearance of my painted detail meshes. the detail meshes are rendered as "grass" as opposed to "vertex lit." Does the grass texture I add effect detail meshes that have the render mode "grass"?
Sometimes it doesn't even let me add more than one detail mesh without getting rid of the one already in my scene.
