loop for perimeter of game board

hello ! any ideas about how to loop a perimeter of my game-board which looks like this :

I have two Transform[,] 1 contains vertical lines 2nd for horizontal lines . I want to change the tag for the exterior lines any suggestions ? how I'll loop it
