No, there is none. You still need to buy the Google $$anonymous$$arket license which is $25/account and $99/year for Apple. Google does not review your game, Apple does, so publishing to Google Play is almost instant.

Thank. Can i buy asset from assets store and use in my project of personal edition. Why i asking this means in UNITY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREE$$anonymous$$ENTS mention that u you may not combine files developed with the free version with any third party developed files.

To add to what fafase is saying; Google is reviewed but automatically my computer. The app is analysed over a few weeks procedurally and will be removed if any unwanted content is discovered; copyright material and free materials. This includes the Unity Splash screen as far as I've read.

The difference between Google and Apple is that most likely Apple won't let you publish a non-working app, if they get a bug, sent back. I think Google only review the content as for illegal, porn misleading description of the content, for instance you claim the app to be for all ages and then you put close up violence that'd be non-suitable to children.

For the Assets, I would think it is more likely to be not to develop half of your game on Pro and the other half on free, that is a company of 5 programmers cannot buy one for publication and work on free for the rest. Asset license is per asset, each of them may have their own licensing system, read those.

Read the EULA, yes you can as long as you did not make more than $100 000 revenue in the previous financial year. If you are asking I doubt you made them.

Yes you can according to their EULA, if your app makes $100,000 in revenue only then you are subject to purchase their license, although you will need google developer account to publish game on Play Store.
