Question by reefwirrax · Nov 23, 2013 at 01:34 PM · seamsantialiasing

Mesh Seams Bug, white dots, unity flipping out.

i have seams on some mesh that seemed fine previously. i put a small 0.01 cube on the seam and it behaves oddly, the lines around it dont follow the cube mesh, and when i rotate the cube it vibrates while rotating in Scene window. it's the same with two different shaders, the mesh itself is fine.

the problem is the green mesh, it has seams in :/ its square planes size 100, 100 meters distance.

Thankyou.alt text

Are you having this only in the scene view? Try double clicking on an cube in hierarchy to reset the view - this will fix it.

If you're also having this in the game, are you very far from the origin? floats are only so precise, so far away from the origin, everything starts falling apart...
