Problem with adding an image effect to camera

Hello guys, I have a problem. When I add an Image effect to the camera, something really weird is happening. I'm really new to the Unity, so I don't have any idea what can cause such thing. This happens with any image effect I'm trying to add, I tried it in previous projects and there is the same issue. Maybe it's something wrong with my hardware or settings? I'm using Unity 5.3.2 on my Macbook Pro Early 2011, my graphic card is AMD Radeon HD 6490M. I made a screenshot, because I don't even know how to describe this. Just right part of the screen goes crazy.
