Bluetooth connection between Unity PC and Android device

Hi, I'm currently looking for a method to connect Unity PC to my Android phone via Bluetooth I've tried to use the InTheHand package but the streaming service can not be established to transmit data to my Android phone Is there a general way to do this Thanks in advance
