On disk VS in the cloud when using Collab
I enabled Collab on a project, and am a bit confused with what to open when I start up.
Once a project is on the cloud but has been worked on on a computer, the Unity start-up options give me the project both "on disk" and "in the cloud". If I choose on disk, then Collab reports I need to download (assuming I am logged in and files changed from a different computer). If I choose In The Cloud, I am asked to select a save folder, which if it's the same place as the "on disk" files, it creates a new folder with a number appended to the name.
I am assuming that choosing "on disk" is the better option, but what exactly is the start-up workflow supposed to be?

After gaining experience using Collab, the answer is: If you've already commited a project to the Cloud, and it is already available as "On Disk", use "On Disk" first. Then the Collab pulldown menu will show if you need to update FROM the cloud (orange icon), or you have files to commit TO the cloud (blue icon with arrow up). Green means you are already up to date.
Only use the "Cloud" options to download a new copy of a project.
