DLL c# windows.media.FaceAnalysis

Hi, I'm trying to use a dll file (windows.media.FaceAnalysis) in my Unity Project (5.5.2f1 x64) and it is impossible to use any function of it in my scripts.

The dll file is in Assets/Pulgins in my repertory.

If anyone had the same issue before...
