Can't update build supports

When I installed unity I forgot to check android build support, now when I try to add it through the unity installer I keep getting this error:

How could I fix this? I've tried selecting other folders than the default one but that also failed. Do I have to completely re-install unity to fix this or is there some other workaround? Googling didn't really get me any further. :/
