Android build - Gamepad Controller not working
Hi to all,
i am trying to make my gamepad controller work with my unity android build. My usb gamepad is connected via OTG cable and is fully functional on the android environment. However when i launch my unity app is not working. It works perfect;y on the unity editor though. The problem is after the build.
I tried many scenarios but nothing works such as :
if(Input.GetkeyDown(keycode.joystickbutton0))
{
do something...
}
or
if(Input.GetkeyDown("Fire1"))
{
do something...
}
any ideas?
Should i use CrossPlatformInput instead?
thanks in advance.
Any progress on this? I have a USB controller that works in my Unity game on the computer, and it works to select things on the home screen in Android, but does not work in the Unity game on Android.

Same issues with bluetooth joystick and CrossPlatformInput it works on Mac but not on iOS or android I see that joystick recognized by the system (I can navigate in the menu) but not in the game,Same issues with bluetooth gamepad, Crossplatform input works on Mac but when I switch to iOS or android, it's not working
if (CrossPlatformInputManager.GetButtonDown("Submit"))
no action happens at all
(to be clear joystick recognized by the system and I can move selected icon, but in the game nothing)
