How to achieve a good lightmapping>>
these are my cubes after and before lightmapping. As before lightmapping cube looks shinning and more good but looks not that much real shinny after lightmapping. can anybody help plz ??

It looks to me that your talking about the Specularity of the material
They look the same and if you are on Unity 5.0 you place Reflection Probes that make your reflection more realistic
